Love this workout but I would have to use a very light kettlebell. Hope it will be effective.

Hi, great workout!!! This and your 20 min HIIT are my favourites. Started with Kettlebell during the first Covid Lockdown now it's my main used equipment 😉 Any chance to get your workouts mailed for training outside in the forest? We have no Internet in the forest (dead spot) Would be very happy

@@trainer_hub DID it - almost. LOL had to substitute the snatch with a clean and press (I can't do a snatch with my lowest weight kettlebell 20lbs) and I had to substitute the burpee with a goblet squat due to a foot injury. However, that was super tough -- OMG that's a lot of figure 8s. Loved it and I will do it many more times until I can get the snatch mastered. PS - Metallica helped me through it.

@@HIITURGOALS Awesome...glad to hear you made it through ....the figure 8's are essentially in place as an "active rest" to keep you moving at all times...which is why the 15 minutes feels so long!

@@trainer_hub yes I noticed no breaks haha. Was awesome for getting my heart rate up. I’m limited on cardio right now. It was really fun well torture kinda fun
