Dan Johns workout is called "armor building complex"

I was expecting a variation on Dan John's Armor Building Complex so when Scott was doing 10 double cleans I was thinking this was going to be brutal and the kind of workout you want a puke bucket handy if he was doing a high rep complex with presses & front squats Still, as is it is moving some weight. Adding the Armor Building Complex into my kettlebell practice has been amazing and really feels great.

Just so everyone is aware, the "armor builder" is a very specific routine and this is not it.

Looks brutal , I’d say go a little lighter on the weight so the movements are more fluid and not so “jerky” on the back down portion. Good hinge though
