@@DanJohnStrengthCoach Re Strength Standards, just checked the Finnish guidelines from our coaching manual or handbook. For example, discus (men) 65 m (213') one should have pwr sn 130 kg (286 lb), pwr cln 180 kg (396), bs 260 kg (573), bench 200 kg (440).

Hey Dan. Thank you for your videos. I was wondering: what strength standards should a middle distance runner (5K-10K) aim for in the following lifts: Deadlift, Bench, Weighted Pull Up and OHP? Thanks in advance.

If you can do a double bodyweight deadlift and a bodyweight clean and press you'll be fine.
