I live just down the road and honestly anything that brings back more nature is a blessing, if they continue to renaturalise the area in the future it's very positive as land keeps getting converted into housing

I think that Heidelberg should be required to restore the windmill to working order with indigenous materials (mainly oakwood) BEFORE they open up the land adjacent.
