Do you have any practical recommendations for being "more like the 12th house"? Do you mean things like meditation? I relate to all what you are saying. I don't really want to see spirit's or aliens. I try to get away from that my whole life 😆. But I would like to get rid of my low self esteem. Because it is true that I have a high work ethic and I am very recourseful.
