@@echolaliac I feel you, overthinking was a huge problem for me too.Apart from meditation, mantra jaapa etc, one thing that really helps is finding some physical activity to utilise your mental energy, lt could be exercise, sports, or a hobby you do with your hands like drawing or something like that. For some people carpentry is also very useful. Also recently I found while trying to quit smoking, playing chess really helps not think of cravings. Uses your mind very deeply
