What will help with the cloging of needle is to push the kcup down with you hand to punch the hole on the bottom and release the pressure in the cup so it will not push the coffee up into the needle when the lid closes. Thanks for the video.

Big Guy Reviews I have a compact and all the videos I have watched does not say anything about after 3 to 5 cups. Also here is another tip dont use your city tap water it will cause lime and calcium buildup faster, use distilled water insteat, we had "hard water" too and it makes the coffee taste nasty. And also get you a water filter as well. I have also heard dont use vinegar to clean them.

I had a red brewer 2.0 it finally gave out on me kept spewing grounds so aggravating so our office Manager was out and she got me a new one in black/silver works great

Good thing I seen your video.. I have the Keurig Vue and it's a trooper! The only part of it is that only Bed Bath & Beyond carries Vue cups.. 😕 but getting to the 2.0 you are right it sounds like shit.. 😂 and if I have to be cleaning it every hand full of times I would end up shoving Keurig their machine back where the sun don't shine.. 😂 good luck with your new machine.. I guess I'm just going to just stick to my Vue since 2.0 is a disappointment

You need to return it. My sons does not sound that horrible. However, it does make a noise. I have an older model Keurig and it barely makes any sound at all. Something's not right.

+RaeAnn Uria if so i got two bad ones cuz both had that noise to them. Ultimately I got rid of them and went back to the cuisinart model. Hope u had better luck. :)
