I always find that a good cover brings something new to the original. I love the original Time 2, but this cover actually actually managed to enhance it for me! It had me on "hello" with the dreamy intro and kept on bringing fun and crunchy little chunks that made the already enjoyable piece interesting and different. It's very rare for me to prefer a cover version, especially when the original is as awesome as Ewan Dobson's. This is one of them. Well done!

Just to make sure of what I was thinking I listened to about a dozen cover attempts of this outstanding song Dobson produced. Yours is to me the best of the lot. Well done son now lets come out with something of your own. Truth be told Dobson can't reproduce the amazing "coolie hat" version himself after listening to other recordings he did of his song. There will never be another Time 2...
