Miku Live Review - Magical Mirai 2020

I hope you enjoy the newest addition to what I am most passionate about: reviewing the Miku concerts. This time the most current "Magical Mirai 2020" Bluray that came out about a month ago, covering a most unusual event that I could not attend for the first time in a long time...for obvious reasons. Still, I had lots of fun reviewing this concert...which had some restrictions and changes compared to usual, but still manages to pull of nice things. Well, more details in the review - Enjoy! :-)

This Magical Mirai had a great song list and if it wasn't forced to be a shorter list, it could have been one of the best Miku concerts yet. The only thing where I disagree is the costume choice for Gimme Gimme but apparently that's just me since I've seen other people say they like it. For me it doesn't fit with the theme of the song and is too different of the original video. Everything else they did in this concert was great though. Again nice video, really enjoyable to watch (also it's 39 minutes so that's cool) 26:34 Did I hear that correctly !? Theme song by cosmo !? That's awesome, I can't wait to hear it.

I love how your still trying to make your voice sound energetic even if you weren't able to attend magical Mirai but anyways great video and good luck with going to magical Mirai 2021. 39 :)

Nice to see you again, another excellent review I love to hear your thoughts and completely agree with all you say. There were some really nice surprises, especially Inochi ni Kirawarete iru and GimmexGimme. Miku looks adorable as always, but the new model.. still doesn't spark joy for me. But when Miku said 'Aishiteru' at the end, I melted. I too was sad I couldn't go to see it last year, and the US Expo where I planned to see at least 5 cities. I really, really hope we can go this year. But at least we have the online Expo in June to look forward to! 生きろ。

Taiyoukei Disco is one of my jams in Taiko no Tatsujin Drum n Fun (ever played it? it's on Switch). A lot of good song choices, such a shame none of us foreigners could attend (not that I could anyway, lol!). I know it's been tough for all of us in this pandemic, but I'm still holding on for that light at the end of this long, dark tunnel. It can't last forever. I watched this online I so hope that I get to go to one of magical Mira I went to miku expo dc 2018 and that was awesome but I need to experience some of these new songs live I just have to it was very cool so many songs I don’t keep up with so learning these songs during watching was amazing also I like your channel very much thanks for the reviews I hope to experience this one day ❤️ vocaloid long live and well also hope to visit Germany thank you so much 😊

Am I the only one that doesn’t want Uratander to be part of Kaito’s anniversary? I feel like a triplet song that’s about tricking people isn’t the best song for a anniversary? I was thinking Crescent Moon or some other solo song would work best for him. But considering Amazing Dolce was featured as part of Meiko’s anniversary, I’m pretty sure you’re right when Uratander was the only song that focused on Kaito in Project Diva X.

Well, maybe he will get more than that. After all, 2020 was a shorter than usual concert. But well Urotanda would just make sense... it is such a popular song which was never played before at a concert AND it is in PDX. I just think it makes perfect sense but I agree he should get even more than that.
