@@Ronday30 You ever listen or watch DMX music and interview? Dude is a legend in my hood. When you come around X make sure you real or he gonna test you. He gonna say what fuck he wants and he gonna back it up. You have a problem with it? He cool with scrapping with you. Same as Garnett. He aggressive and recognized fear or fake when he sees it. He gonna test you just like DMX. His languages is not for school books either. Ever heard Garnett Mic up? He be like "Fuck outta here nigga" " Bitch ass Nigga" "Ima fuck you up" "Pussy ass Nigga." X use that same aggressive language. It is the way his environment raises him. He lives in Y.O where my mom use to work. Shit is aggressive and violence around there. Dope dealer on every corner last time I walked there. So Garnett transfers his environment to the court. The way I see it...

When players speak of MJ it kinda explains why hes the GOAT to so many fans of the game.....MJ had confidence beyond measure and skills to match his drive, people felt his confidence and it intimidated so many players and those that weren't intimidated learned that it made him better if you thought you were better, his game raised as needed to WIN at all cost

STORY TIME! (I hope KG catches wind of this cuz he means a lot to my family) My oldest brother Jamell was a ball boy for the Timberwolves back in the day when it use to be KG and marbury in their prime. He use to come home with shoes and all sorts of cool shit players would give him but the one thing he loved the most was just being cool with the players. I remember after he was done working for them a few years later me and my middle brother and cousin were out at the movies seeing Mr Deeds when it came out in theaters and we noticed this long legged ass dude down towards the bottom row but didn’t think nothing of it and when the movie was over he stood up and we were like whoooo the fuck is that tall ass dude then when we followed behind outside into the light we realized it was KG and we told him who our older brother was and he waited for my mom and oldest brother to pull up so he could speak to them and that was one of the coolest things I’ve seen someone do who was a nba player/celebrity. Idk if he still remembers my family but I hope we can run into each other one day so I can tell him how much we always appreciated him over the years.

Deonta Cartman, Hector Pac and Lucianondon First off mad respect to you brothas. With Melo that was a personal thing due to KG and LALA having “interactions” before Melo. KG got grimey with that one though. Kobe on the other hand was a dog like KG, he was the only one on his team that could do anything to Kobe with impacting the game. His respect for Kobe was always at an all time high, fellow high schoolers to the pros, but that one time there was as you call it “banter” which I agree happens a lot at the free throw line was straight trash talk! That was a National TV game as well. Maybe it was a friendly respectful back and forth but KG was talking that’s ish!!!
