Try to stay clean shower , go to meetings get dressed up even if you feel miserable , try going for walks with music right now use music as the drugs because your brains receptors are out of wack and your dopamine is probably low. Music increases dopamine. If you can try going to an out patient program to keep you accountable. Don’t rush things and don’t worry about tomm worry about the present.

People experience the same "shit" he has everyday and still aren't able to see past it or wake the fuck up and move out of the present moment.
