The fact that he's "been through some shit" is not what gives him strength.. People experience the same "shit" he has everyday and still aren't able to see past it or wake the fuck up and move out of the present moment. Few are able to elevate above physical and emotional stresses let alone find, see, and understand the lesson which was at hand and being taught. If you noticed he would eat the vegan trays albeit more than likely because he knows that when one consumes meat or flesh of which was killed in an unnatural manner and in such stress and fear you then absorb 1.cortisol and stress hormones 2.the soul and energy which is negative from the way it's life ended. Besides the fact that it's all fake processed bullshit he knows that shit is created and feed to the masses with a purpose and intent. Dumb people down and keep them vibrating at a low frequency but nt this man. He's resonating well above most and with ease especially knowing which life he's on and his path. What he learned through what he physically saw and felt along with being able to see the meaning behind what was there is what created his being and where his "strength" ascends from. The lessons he took from every experience not just the bad are the fundamentals that have lite his path and activated his being. Realization that by overcoming himself, grasping growth and developing what he was to become centered and balanced. Stepping back taking himself from heart space to mind, digesting the scenario, and gaining the knowledge of each lesson by not reacting in a hasty, rash manner gives, builds, creates his strength... I totally agree with Kevin when he says in order to really appreciate silence and solitude….it takes someone who has been in great pain, and suffering to really appreciate it. It takes GREAT suffering, emotionally and physically to be humbled and not take the small things in life for granted. It also makes a person want great peace at any cost. We get tired and exhausted so much that we just want peace. We want to avoid conflicts, and stop caring about what other people argue about. I can’t stand my phone and social media. I have one so that I can communicate with my girl who is in college in another state but if this world did away with t.v., and social media then our lives would be so much more peaceful. I feel a connection with Kevin in the sense that we have a lot in common and that is probably why I love his music but I was a fan of the music before I knew the man.

Try to stay clean shower , go to meetings get dressed up even if you feel miserable , try going for walks with music right now use music as the drugs because your brains receptors are out of wack and your dopamine is probably low. Music increases dopamine. If you can try going to an out patient program to keep you accountable. Don’t rush things and don’t worry about tomm worry about the present.

I've always liked the music that he makes but I have a whole new level of respect for him after watching this interview.
