www.vladtv.com - Kevin Gates let loose a really dope freestyle in this clip from his exclusive interview with VladTV. He admitted at the end of the clip that this isn't the first time that he spit this verse, but that doesn't matter because the topics he rapped about mean a lot to him. In the freestyle, Kevin Gates discussed various struggles that he went through at certain parts of his life, which included some of the hardships that he experienced in prison.
One thing in particular, was a staph infection that Kevin suffered from using a dirty toilet seat. He explained how serious that situation is behind bars and how everyone must conduct a "General Inspection" in order to prevent from catching the infection while they use the bathroom.

Look up Kool Moe Dee talking about how in the 80s freestyles were always written. That's from the mouth of a legend. Most old heads will straight up let you know a Freestyle is usually written.
