He got lucky with getting to final out what he owed left on probation instead of getting hit with the 8 year habitual not including the new charges. He'll get out for a few to fight his new case. If they get their way he's going away for 18 year's to the fed's and if he gets lucky enough to not get fed time he's still going away for a good amount of time because we live in a border state with no tolerance
