Kevin... I have been in a dark place for two years now. I've been bullied, I've been abused and I have self-harmed. I may have bipolar disorder. I will tell you right now that I almost cried while watching this. This was amazing, thank you so much for doing this. You are truly an inspiration to others. I've seen a therapist who told me straight out she couldn't help me. You, by just posting this on KZbin, have helped me more than anyone ever could. Again, I say, thank you so much.

It must take such strength to open up and be vulnerable to help people like the way you do. and I'm so glad that you do it. The world's a better place because of people as thoughtful, courageous and caring as you are. Thank you for everything :)

Kevin was incredibly lucky to have survived that massive leap of faith. God bless you Kevin and continue to help those in need. There was a time where I felt the same way but in order to overcome, you must be strong. Seeking out inspiration in the form helping others may show you the true value of life. Peace to all my brothers and sisters.

Kevin, I have never been clinically bipolar, or clinically depressed and I always believe in self medication and self help. Even so, I look at your story, the documentary the Bridge and tad friend's article as a source of inspiration whenever I am in emotional despair; stories like yours help all those, mentally ill or not, who feel like they are at the end of their rope and have grown tired of life. Only when you hit rock bottom

Raising awareness is the best thing you can do when yu have a mental illnes. The month before trying to kill myself I watched the documentary the bridge evry day... All I could think about was dying and yet right when I did it I regreted it... I guess is the basic instinct of survival that kicks in and I'm glad it dif. I still suffer, I still think about it sometimes but I'm way better and I'm stronger now. More people should open up about this.

Continued - stay afloat. For some reason there was a man & his young daughter under the bridge that day, theres never anyone under there & I still to this day dont know who he was. I hope some day I can be like Kevin & prevent people from attempting suicide - especially in that way, after experiencing it myself, I wonder how many people actually died, but felt those same feelings of not wanting to after it was all but too late. Talk to someone, dont give up until u find someone who will listen

Hey I know you're busy, but maybe you could come to Libertyville, Illinois? I know a lot of people who need someone like you to talk to them, including me. Especially a l.o.t in the 8th grade.. Your speach was so inspirational, you're my inspiration

i think, do you truly start to look forward and think about ways of moving forward and living. You are a living testament to that credo, and anytime I see a person that has a had a rough day, I often speak about your story, to pass on your message and also to prove that no matter how hard life gets, and no matter how hard life gets, we owe it to God and our own selves to keep marching forward into a better day. Are you speaking in New york city anytime soon? and if not, is there a website

This is what he says. I bet he was just turned down by a girl, it hurt his massive ego and he decided to jump from that bridge to show her.

Still does not change the fact that he makes money out of giving cheesy motivational speeches about dealing with problems he never had due to all his privileges.
