I first performed this piece when I was 6 years old.

During Christmas break, I picked it up again and really enjoy the nice groovy feel to this song but at the same time a mysteries feel to it... Back at school and really enjoying the new term . Am currently working on a great piazzolla violin guitar duet.

"In the Champagne district of France, my wife and I Stopped to picnic in a forested spot on a tiny village. The place was magical and the bottle of wine quite good, compelling me to improvise a piece on my guitar. I committed the music to memory and wrote it down upon our return to the U.S. It is named for the village, so small I can't seem to find it on a map - "Andecy". Best youtube version I have seen so far. The thing that sets your performance apart is the dynamic range and the way you allow the song to breathe between phrases. A certain pause here or there, a little faster or slower, a little quieter or louder, the pitch more mellow or with more attack. Is not just rushing from one section to the next and the notes convey the feeling of the peice. Marvellously done.
