As a person with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, I can relate to needing something 1) specialized, 2) expensive, 3) in short supply, 4) on short notice, 5) from a special store. Wouldn't browsing Wal-Mart's website for in store inventory have saved a trip? Not sure what the keyword would be. "Raised toilet seat with bars thing?" All my respect to you guys in the wrestling industry for what you can do physically and the strength to deal with all your orthopedic problems later in life, except I have my issues at 43 instead of 63. Five pediatric orthopedic surgeries by the time I was 17 and so many required medications. I can only imagine how Hulk feels with all his back surgeries. And there can never be enough handicapped parking, Mr. Nash. ;) If we live long enough, one day we all need it. The secret is to park in the closest able-bodied space next to the handicapped space. :)

I don't think that's being an asshole. If you offer any form of customer service and you aren't specifying your hours properly, you are wasting people's time and causing inconvenience. I can understand if it was a one off situation, but if you are always shut on the weekend or offer appointments only, you need to state that. I'd have said the exact same thing.
