Also, a lot of dudes good enough to be in the league aren't because a lot of teams want to develop young guys or try to tank instead of actually creating the best rosters. For example, look at who got minutes for Portland, San Antonio, and Houston last year.

With the rights thing I assume he's talking about how foreign born players get drafted and stashed then come to the league on 10 million dollar contracts. Euroleague MVP just did that. American born players usually don't get that opportunity. They are either late drafted and get a minimum non guaranteed or not drafted and on a minimum or overseas.

They sometimes negotiate the value in usd wise , but the money that comes into our account is europe , we live 10 months out of the year in Europe ! And I don’t play euroleague that high of a level but I play 3rd /4th division but my family friends plays 1st division leagues and I have friend in euro league !
