You might recognise Mrs Begg English actress Celia Imrie well known in the 90s comedy Dinnerladies with Victoria Wood , Star Wars the Phantom Menace , Braveheart and many more . She is great with the Glaswegian accent even though she is English this is because she has family in Glasgow and would often visit them and she just picked up the accent easily .

Mrs Begg was Connor McClouds 1st girlfriend in the very first Highlander movie...she is the one screaming 'Burn him'. She is actually English though.

I just realised he puts his stick and opposite leg down together so surely when he put his bad leg down he has other leg and stick up (when with Jack and Victor) Some say it looks like Jack looks like he gasmed from soaked

One of the best episodes I've seen so far and a great reaction, enjoyed that. I love Last of the Summer Wine myself, it also has the great mix between humour and "heart", I think. Especially memorable is the one with Compo's funeral.
