The legend physically breaks up lion fights, uses a lion as a tea stand, wrestles with them, doesnt mind hyenas taking his arm in their jaws, but with the leopards, u can tell he respects their boundaries and doesnt push them one bit. he has stated before they are the most dangerous animals in the sanctuary, and coming from him, i 100% believe it on a sidenote, GoPro has had a hell of a time proving their product's durability with Kevin:P

A great catch up today with the Black Leopards Nikita and Coal ! i just love how the coats look, they are majestic animals. Thank you all for the support recently it has been overwhelming and means so much to me. Hope you enjoy this week's video ! Edit - in the text description - Also, to anyone who notices the pigmentation in Coal's eye, he has had this for some time and it's nothing to be alarmed about. It’s quite common in old cats and is called melanosis, a benign deposition of melanin.

I absolutely loved how, right when Kev was talking about leopards turning on their caregivers, Coal comes up snarls and bites towards the camera. Like he's telling us all 'yes, I'm still ferocious and don't you forget it!" They are such beautiful animals and there's a sense of danger with them that I don't necessarily pick up on with the lions. I love each and every time Kev takes us on a visit with them. I always look forward to Fridays to see what the residents of the Richardson Animal Resorts are up to. The Leopards are remarkable yes but what's even more remarkable is Kevin's relationship with them. The Lions see him as another member of the pride and the Hyenas similarly as a pack member but the Leopards don't have that kind of social interaction in the wild. Kevin is amazing!

Cole and Nikita are amazing, beautiful leopards! ❤❤ Didn't know about the poisoned meat until right now. How heartbreaking it must have been. I know exactly the feeling a couple of years ago at Christmas. I always make chocolate bark for gifts, and my basset got the pan off the stove top and ate all 6 pounds. He was the same way as Cole and Nikita. I was devastated when I dropped him at the vets. 2 days later, he got to come home. The tears I shed could have filled a river. I'm glad your babies have recovered and are now healthy again, as is my boy. Much love ❤❤
@Debra.Justice Жыл бұрын
So glad your fur baby recovered from the chocolate. The same thing happened to one of my nieces. She had put bags of chocolate chips on the dining room table thinking out of sight out of mind. They left for a few hours and when they returned their golden retriever had eaten the chocolate. She rushed him to the emergency vet and they gave him meds to make him throw up and put him on an IV. He had to stay the night but thank the good Lord he recovered and got to come home the next day. It’s always terrifying when our pets are sick.

We had an elderly housecat who had a couple of strokes. It is frightening to see. What causes them in elderly felines, even the larger ones are the same as us, clots, aneurysms or congenital situations. Her behavior seems great, so it must be due to the great care that she recovered so well. A healthy life gives a great foundation.

I’m grateful for the love and attention that you give these beautiful animals. I wish I could offer you more. There is something sacred in the kinship of life and those who are sensitive to its balance and gifts. We’re on opposite sides of the planet, yet so many of us- fans of yours and fans of those in your charge. I’m just profoundly grateful that an individual as yourself maintains this commitment and trust. There’s no currency in a simple thanks, though I feel it’s far from meaningless. Wishing you love, health, fulfillment, and long life. What goes around comes around. THANK YOU KEVIN❣️ PS: I wish that the animals could take you on a walk about and point to your wonderful nuances, tell us about people, and how you’re the cat’s pajamas, as the idiomatic expression goes. Anyway, thanks. I miss Amy and Siam, but I know how well they were loved and accepted for their own individuality. P
