Congratulations! Amazing work in your training and excellent application! My favorite places on earth are in Ventura and the mountains in and around Oak View. I worked security at the courthouse on Telegraph around twenty years ago. My father was a Ventura Co. deputy and head bailiff at the courthouse for a long time. He had a few dojos through the years. In Thousand Oaks, Oak View, Ojai, Ventura. If you’ve been to Lake Casitas more than a few times, you’d know who my father is just from me mentioning his house. I really, genuinely appreciate your videos and commentary. Your humility is refreshing. A humble, focused stoicism that I hope and work to emulate. That’s a mindset I want for my children. You have a few new fans. Keep it up. We’ll be watching your fights and videos. Thank you!

MMA Reviewer. I personally have been doing martial arts since I was 11 so nearly 9 years now. I’m also studying law at university and just to give you insight on tattoos I have my whole spine tattooed with the Bushido Code(Japanese way of the warrior). My father past away when I was 15, I have his birthday in Roman numerals on my chest. These tattoos have lots of meaning to me too long to explain in writing. Consider that lots of peoples tattoos really mean something to them and they are a way of expressing that on the surface, especially fighters with tough backgrounds, it’s their own body. Tattoos aren’t I sign of being uncultured or being stupid I would re think your views on them. Thanks 🙏🏻

MMA Reviewer. Hopefully your kids with your guidance will make their own decisions, don’t blame what other adults may do on their own decisions, that’s what’s really ignorant. Many tattoos express culture, for example native tattoos for samoans

What do you think of Sean O'Malley's "walk away" style of fighting? If he were you, he would have walked away from the ropes before the ref stepped in, never throwing this last 4-5 punches. It's classy and cool, I think. One time, the ref told he to keep fighting, but he went on to win fast, so it was all good. It's a nice signature style for him, which you may have seen already in the UFC.

Hmm. I don't think I was an underdog at this point. I'd already won the GLORY belt twice. The hardest things are: 1. Getting to the point where I know I can get up off the ground. 2. Learning all the new little things that often untrained like cage fighting. 3. Being 100% confident striking with the 4oz gloves because they are small and it changes the striking/defence style.
