Because I knew once I had learned enough and had enough experience my hours would come down, but my pay would go up. During the pandemic a lot of the older tradesmen just retired creating an even larger deficit. Higher demand with less supply, trade jobs are the jobs of the future. AI won't be able to touch them for a much longer time.
