In this passage, Paul addresses the gentile believers directly. It seems that they were worried that they were 'second-rate Christians', inferior to Jewish believers. Dr. Kevin Smith unpacks why this is untrue. Not only has God reconciled Jews and gentiles to himself, but he has reconciled these groups together by adopting them into his own family.
