Yes this is what a real true HEAD COACH should be doing. Being the coach of the entire team. Focusing on the more important aspects of the game. Which is time management, what the Defense is doing, what Special Teams is doing. Making team wide adjustments in-game. I'm excited for KS I think this is great for him.

well finally we get play calling out of the hands of the HC and where it should be with the OC. I have never been a fan of a HC calling plays also. 95% time probably more it doesnt work out. Now Coach can spend time in other areas during the game. Should be better this week on Offense side of ball
