In Stefanski's four seasons as head coach the Browns are 37-30 (.552), the highest-winning percentage for the team over a four-year stretch since 1986-89. Thats why ken dorsey was fired by the bills and had josh allen in hot water for never running the football. Then he comes to the browns and does the same thing.
