Arvo. There will always be good days+bad days. So listen to your body with what you are able to do on that day. If you are tired, just have a cat nap when necessary. Don't over push your body to exercise when you probably are best to just rest. Don't be too hard on yourself because of what you are used to as the 'norm' Love your positive attitude. Hold onto that. Easy for me to say but what your body needs, to what your body is able to do, to what your mind+heart wants to do are all 3 completely different things. Take it easy when you need to. My sister just finished chemo and radiation. She didn’t have any chemo on her clothes. Are they doing something different?

Pamela Neibuhr it probably depends on the chemo. The chemo Kevin got was a 4 day straight chemo running constantly through his veins. Plus it was one of the strongest chemos out there. The doctors had to administer it with masks and gloves because it was extremely toxic.
