Sir, as per my opinion Regulation 26 is about Maximum No of Committees and Not Companies... In Study Material it is Max 10 Committees for membership and 5 Committees for Chairmanship...

Sir as per CA'13 Listed Cos need to appoint atleast 1 WD. As per LODR BOD of Top 1000 listed cos requires atleast 1 Independent Woman Director. Toh Woman Director is mandatory for Listed, Par Top 1000 rahi toh Independent WD is mandatory. Right?
