Sir, according to chapter - companies incorporated outside India, subsidiary of foreign company can not be considered as foreign company. Then according to FCRA - subsidiary of FC is also FC. Is this right or wrong ?

Sir Foreign Remittance from relative living abroad is FC, its just if it exceeds 10L, person needs to intimate the CG. FC hi manenge usse right?
