✨Sobrang Linis ng studio and ang presko talaga, yung bato ng hangin okay na okay and tahimik ng paligid since medyo papasok sya at surrounded ng mga puno.
✨Instructors/staffs are all friendly and accommodating, they will always take time to explain everything to you!
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
❗️Madaming makaka relate sa akin, Since akala ko nung una hindi ko kailangan ng Pilates since parang feeling ko jinojoke time lang at feeling ko stretching stretching lang, pero once I tried it, sobrang swak na swak pala talaga nya sa akin at sayo, oo SAYO.
✅Hindi pala sya Joke: Pilates should be done with the help/supervision of an expert! lalo na yung pag sabit sabit. please lang don't try that at home.
✅Hindi sya stretching stretching LANG: kasi buong katawan mo talaga ang ma-s-strecth, Mga joints mula hinliliit hanggang ulo talaga. Kasama yang singit banat na banat.
✅Kailangan ko pala talaga sya: Since work from home ako at talaga namang most of the time eh nakatutok ako sa computer, sobrang panget na ng posture ko at kailangan macorrect to!
✅Sobrang swak sya sayo: Kung parehas tayo na laging nakatutok sa computer; Madami ng nararamdaman sa mga kasukasuan; Chaka ng posture or kahit may scoliosis pa, Kung ikaw na takot sa Gym exercise kasi hardcore agad, Kung Matanda ka, kung matanda ka. PARA SA LAHAT ANG PILATES! kaya sabayan mo na ako mag Pilates sa VITALIVE!
✅Right after ng vlog na ito grabe feeling ko bagong tao na talaga ako. (medyo madami dami din ginawa namin hindi ko na sinama sa video)

*TAGAYTAY Olivarez Terminal, sakay ka ng jeep papuntang "Silang" tapos baba ka ng kanto ng TCI (Flexfuel gas station).
*Pag baba mo sa kanto meron ng sakayan ng tricycle mo lang "Vitalive"
Pero pwede ka ng maglakad if trip mo from kanto ng TCI since super lapit nya lang.
