@@CarlosLopez-on8wh Never said it was. But don't comment in the first place saying "false allegations" as we do not know if they were indeed false. Although, the story doesn't really add up, you never know in this type of situations.

This song is about someone who used to help her write songs.She says she no longer needs his help as she can write her songs herself. If you notice the first four lines of the first and the second verse they have an alliteration of the letters A,B,C and D respectively like: "You're ALWAYS AIMING paper AIRPLANES AT me when you're AROUND You raise me up like BUILDING BLOCKS just so you can BRING me down You CAN CRUSH my CANDY CANE but you'll never CATCH me CRY If you DANGLE that DIPLOMA and I DECK and you DON'T be surprised" Second verse: "APPLES AREN'T ALWAYS APPROPRIATE in APOLOGIES BUTTERSCOTCH and BUBBLEGUM drops are BITTERSWEET to me You keep CALLING me a CHILD while you keep COUNTING all your COINS You're not my DADDY and I'm not your DOLLY and your DICTIONARY'S DESTROYED" According to Melanie, Alphabet Boy was a boy she used to date in college. He studied music and he used to try and "teach" her how to write songs as if there was a formula or that she wasn't writing songs "correctly." It made her furious and she wanted to elaborate on that. She told VICE that "Alphabet Boy" is her and Cry Baby's break-up song.

If you want to listen to Melanie it's best to do all her songs in order of the albums, starting with Crybaby, then K-12, and finally Portals. The music videos go in the order they're in in the albums and for K-12 there's a movie musical.

start with the album “crybaby” then go to “k-12” and then “portals” all three of them go together. crybaby is about melanie’s character, whose name is crybaby, growing up, crybabies childhood. k-12 is about crybaby finally going to school and finding out the truths about the real world. portals is about crybabies death and afterlife!

if you want to follow the complete Cry Baby story, it starts with “Cry Baby”, continues with “K-12” and ends with “PORTALS”. Cry Baby has 13 videos, K-12 has a musical film encompassing 13 videos and PORTALS as of right now has 3 videos with 10 more to come! The story of each album is in chronological order from tracks 1-13, any songs from the deluxe versions of the corresponding albums are not part of the story.

All her albums tell a continuous story!!!! You need to start by the song Crybaby and follow the tracklist of the album with that same name. She has a MV for every song of the album (they all have the same thumbnail though)

She have music-videos almost to every song , All of them are connected and tell a story . She plays a character named Crybaby. I think its better if you react to every song in order and the same with the albums ... ❤😊

If you want to follow the story you're probably better off starting with the song Cry Baby, it kinda sets the tone for the whole first album and its also where the story begins

The entire album tells a story. Each song tell a piece of the story so really any of the songs will give you a good story. The 2 best songs in my opinion are Mrs. Potatoes from crybaby and Strawberry Shortcake from K-12 but recommended all songs in album order.
