The man has had nutritionists and life style assistants to help him manage his scedule so he not only doesnt burn out most of the time but gets plenty of rest when he needs. I am sure hes got a handle on things now easily, but the man has clearly worked himself into his age, as not only evidenced by the bags under his eyes, which though seemingly benign now, have been weighty i nthe past. Plus much of the body can be healed with good creams and healthy nutrition and rest, but his hair loss being partly genetic is also a result of stress. MEn go through a lot and in certain families and bloodlines, theres a predisposition for male pattern baldness that is indicative of over action, some perilous stressful life events, or something perhaps even diminishing in something overdone or under done. Maybe bad diet, or like of diet and survival against insurmontable odds. Because many types and races of men dont go bald, not completely as Mr Wonderful is. He comes from one or two specific human groups. Still, 99% of men when they enter middle age or pass it by their mid 40s have some amount of hair loss regardless of place of birth. Trust me, I hvae seen pictures and heard accaounts from O leary and others, and he has at times certainly worked himself to exhaustion, often passing out or sleeping at a desk or work table when he was younger. Mr O'Leary, I have watched nearly all of your videos and follow several other successful entrepreneurs that are generous enough to share their experience on KZbin (thanks so much for that). But I have to say, the story you shared in this video, is one of my favorite videos to date. Since I would love to see more of these longer videos in which you take us on a journey, I figured I would share the top three reasons why I think it was so good with the hopes you will upload several similar ones in the future. 1. The way you tell the story, the pictures, the passion, the tone, it's like I am in the Cat food factory or at the table when you need to make a decision at Walmart... Feeling like I am there makes me feel like I actually experienced those moments which makes me certain that I won't forget 2. Life experiences that some or most of us won't learn in our own careers and are extremely valuable, which motivates me to share mine as soon as I have some worth sharing.... 3. A live example of how the two flavor method is valuable in two completely different markets, which got me thinking about derived versions that are active in today's markets (like how fast food places offer small, medium and Large) I hope that this comment will result in more videos like this or at least, that my feedback has been of some value to you or other viewers that share the same opinion. Thanks a lot and much respect from a young Entrepreneur Alex

This was a VERY good episode. Now days the pivot means changing the products and completely shifting what a company is doing. Silicon valley is somewhat notorious for this. You were talking about a pivot in process and product creation. That drove productions costs down and let you use that capital for other things. There are 2 other lessons in there... margin vs volume. Also financing and using stock price increases to leverage buying out competitors. That could be an entire series of videos and classes. It is probably the single biggest determination of who survives industry consolidation. Very good and interesting.
