Where did you find your client? How come you were hired even you do not have basic knowledge with the product. This is mostly the mistakes of some merchants as they are hiring some staff that do not know the platform. Then if there are issues on their accout, their staff will contact support advisor and demanding (not all) but most of them. When you provide them the right information, and limited on the platform, they will get angry and leave a bad survey even you assisted them well. Merchants please stop hiring someone who does not know the platform :)

Awesome video, and the best thing about dropshipping is that it will always be viable and lucrative. The key is having best winner products, which truly deliver value to your customers. Of course, it's not always easy to come by these good products (I am personally using a little bit of winnerzila as they give out five products per week, and at least three are absolute winners). At the end of the day, the most important thing is to find what works best for you and your business.

You can make use of Shopify Fulfillments for this, They will have it store in there warehouse and take care of delivery

No it doesn't work that way you will move the products on your own personal store and when a customer purchases a product you have your own percent form it and the company where you move the products to your store will take their percentage and Also deliver the product the customer bought
