Make sure to fix the diff as soon as you get it the rear diff is junk out of the box and will break on your first drive because they forgot to shim the rear correctly. Basically every person who has an exb the rear diff went out first drive

Got my EXB Monday, rear diff trashed Tuesday. Stripped it down to find three Shims missing, new satellite gear and planetary gears, and it's back together. Absolutely love it!

You may think the kids ruin the shot, but I think it’s awesome. I live in a subdivision and always trim down and hand over the remote when I see a kid walking by when I’m out in my yard. I just hope it keeps another kid off an iPad and gets them outside. The look on their faces is pure joy when they pull that throttle

Soldering tip: strip more of the insulation off twist the wires together then solder them that way the wires are always secure even if solder fails. Looks cleaner too once you add the heatshrink. Don't twist them together like you're adding a wire nut twist them to together so the wires stay in line.

Great job! I'm a disabled former U.S Marine with combat-related PTSD and am currently battling pancreatic cancer. I used to play around with RC vehicles as a hobby and am looking into trying it again. It's very relaxing for me. I'm interested in a 4x4 truck for dirt tracks, something very durable and good to go right out of the box. What Traxxas truck would be good? Or even another brand.
