There are so many men and women of God to choose from to hear sermons today. With Social media there are many. Some living and some living with the lord hopefully. But of all the generals of the faith, I love you the most Kevin. I thank the Lord for you. So I had a plan to move from California to Tennessee. Initially, I was buying a new home until I looked up the builder and found that he makes terrible homes. Then I put an offer on what look like a pretty nice home inside and out, and because it looked nice inside and out I was deceived. I got an inspector to do an inspection, and there were so many problems with the house. I felt uneasy and I felt that Holy Spirit was telling me not to go in this direction. I had to apologize to the Holy Spirit for not listening. I know deception more now than ever.

Just want to say that it is normal for a home to have problems during an inspection bc no home will be perfect. The intent for inspection is to find out if there are structural or major issues with the home. It is easy to get spooked thats why you should have a good real estate agent watching out for you and leading you through the process. God bless and all the best to you.
