wow, i've been looking at reviews for the string launcher and basically all of them say that it breaks or the string doesn't retract and i was thinking of getting the sword launcher which is the more expensive launcher but now with this video you just saved a guy a couple bucks, thanks!

After several failed attempts at putting the pieces back together, I took the loose pieces and placed them on top of the spring coil. First the black/white round piece onto the string. Then the rod. Then the big gear that goes onto the spring. Then I put the back piece on and was able to get it on without the coil releasing. In any case, great tutorial. Thanks.

The sword launcher sucks. It's great when it's new, but they break really easily and it's not fixable. Broken teeth on the gears causing it to skip. Went through 3 of them. Avoid them.

@@blackg.o.a.t7571 I have only used the digital ones, but I hear the non-digital wasn't that great either. I would assume that the fake ones are probably even worse. Some of my students have used fake Beys and they've broken or they don't fit well.

This actually quite helpful. I learned how to rewind the springs on my Heavy and Speed string launchers by myself but I was too scared to remove the casing for the best launcher just to see how it worked. Now I'm enlightened because of this video hahaha

There are easier ways to do it without the risk. Personally, I think it works better to use a Flat Head Screwdriver instead of a ripcord for winding it as well as putting the Spring in at the bottom instead of the top, that way you don't have to worry about things falling out when you put it together.

For those who's wont wind back up, you need to re-do the coil inside. Be careful though, you need to make it tight so itll fit and line it up with the outside.

Soooooooo, my long LR string launcher broke recently. It won't spin Right spin beys anymore. It's lost all Friction in the string on right spin mode, and if I try to launch a bey, it will just fall off not spinning. However the left spin mode works perfectly.

Can you see if you can make a video on a regular string launcher. The problem that I'm asking is that when I launch It losses rotation and doesn't rotate as many times resulting in a failed launch. I really don't know how to explain it but it skips rotations. I did take the whole thing apart and even wash the coil inside.
