Was so glad to see my old building at 150th and Union Turnpike. However. it should be specified that Kew Gardens Hills is different than Kew Gardens in several ways (housing, schools and demographics among them).

That's true. Kew Gardens Hills has different types of demographics, businesses, houses, schools etc. compared to Kew Gardens next to Forest Hills.
