Thank you@@JanetStocks-g8y, everyone was really friendly, thank you for being so welcoming and making Parkrun not just an event but also something special. Parkrun does not just targets physical health but it also promotes mental health too.

I did this parkrun last Saturday too! I was the guy in the yellow jacket a bit ahead early on. It’s a fun yet fairly challenging one to do. Only my 2nd time doing Kew woods but I improved my course PB by almost 2 mins compared to last time 6 months I hope that woman found her dog 😅

Thanks for watching@@v6i838, yeah I hope she found him too... if you listen closely… you could still hear her shouting for her loyal dog to this day. (JK) I hope she found her dog. It was great to meet people. The hills was challenging, I think I need to stop touring for a weeks. Keep up the good work.

I think my PB is 20:05 at Heaton Park@@benedict-4965, I’ve come close a few times but never beat it. One day…

The hell hill was worse than it looks on your video. You blasted up it.

Thanks 😅@@davidbriers3947, the thought process was “the sooner I get up the hill the sooner I’ll be at the finish line”. It was a hard hill, I was feeling it the next day.
