I wish he wound just sing INTO the Mike!? it must be so frustrating for a sound guy to have to work with this guy? the texture of this performance is so gentle and solid but I just saint to be able to actually here the singer's voice. This is one of their more "pop" sounding tracks, their overall sound is composed of heavily filtered vocals so it's just a part of their sound. He does indeed have a great voice, you can listen to some performances of just his acoustic guitar and vocal.
