That store exists. It's called Burlington. Just bought some $16 Chuck Taylor's, Vietnamese toothpaste, and a giant tub of body butter for a few bucks. Its like a trashy American curiosity shop where everything is just dumped on the floor, and you have to mine it for good stuff. Its an adventure.
