As a guitar player, I love how they get such a full/percussive sound without using almost any overdrive/distortion at all. As a guitarist who loves playing mostly with overdrive I definitely admire that. Hope I get to see them live one day!

In this show they seem to use a fuzz pedal or something that they usually don’t use in bogus operandi I’m no expert but it sort of makes the noise disappear as soon as you stop playing if that makes sense. Still sounds good though

Im shure The Hives noticed the energy difference in South America. Trust me, you had to be constantly jumping if you wanted to breathe. Punches, hugs, sweat, danger. I got to even hold hands with the singer in the middle of a song for 10 seconds haha. This is THE BEST LIVE BAND I have seen. The Hives showed me how it should be done.

Witnessed them back around 2010 at summerfest in milwaukee....they presented like a well oiled machine on an 8 ball of meth....unforgettable fun from a band that looks like they could be playing a wedding or bar mitzvah. In your face potency that a live video can't even replicate, it has to be witnessed as close to the stage as possible
