Delores n the Cranberries would be proud you've taken the torch of meaningful good for the soul music!! It's just what we needed!!! Can't wait to see a live show in NY!! Keep on rockin'!!! Love it

The bass lines in Sepsis are gorgeous! The guitar work throughout is stellar and sets off the intentions of each song like fireworks at a live show. I hear the Redhouse Painters and early Catherine Wheel here. I was incorrectly under the impression there was nothing worthwhile being produced these days. I am so happy I am wrong. I can document my life by the few times I heard a new band or song or type of music that reclocked my life and showed me a new way to feel. Blondshell just became the most recent. Thank you for having the fortitude and determination to put yourselves out there like this. I truly hope you show up in Birmingham, AL.

So rad to see Blonshell on KEXP! I saw them at little old Kilby Court last year open for Porridge Radio and they absolutely crushed it🔥

I was at that show! They killed it and were my first introduction to them. I spent the rest of the year waiting for the album to come out.

My favorite album this year of the 100 or so I listened to. Not even hard to pick it. I know it is because I can't stop listening to it. I can't just skip it and move to the next one on the list.

Pretty common industry practice
@RussellSneddon-x2z Жыл бұрын
@seanmcallister2985 for solo artists who hire session musicians it is, yes. When i first heard the album i was exceptionally pleased with Sam Stewart guitar skills and thought he was the link which made the album so good. This video shows (and no disrespect meant here) a different line up and to my ears, not as good musically.
@AJandWrmyinitials9 ай бұрын
@@RussellSneddon-x2zso Sam Stewart is the son of Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart. He is an in-demand session guitarist and is in a band that’s a going concern and signed to Columbia Records. Would I rather he be in Blondshell’s backing band? Probably, but that was not a likely outcome.

@ryanmanley1827 It's funny how nature tricks you into thinking what you are doing is natural and how procreation has occurred for thousands of years. This whole time, I should have been feeling guilty. Thanks for clearing this up. Maybe I'll go drink some soy and watch A League of Their own or Rings of Power. Lol

@AJandWrmyinitials So, I looked it up, and it said the male gaze is the reason AJandWrmyinitials was born.
