I FUCKING LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!!YOU HAVE TO SEE THEM LIVE!!! Electric Forest was AMAZING ALL SHOWS!!!!! Still get goose bumps from them!!!!

Stephen Barlage Dude I caught these guys while bassnectar was playing, so much more depth and substance to this music, we went back to bassnectars closer and while he may have had all those bells and whistles it lacked emotion. Ther first day they played the older guy from cuba threw the fuuuuuck down

Sorry, whoever said it was somebody else, I know for sure that it's Ronal Johnson on Tuba (which is usually Ben Jaffe's spotl)_ Ronal is a very accomplished musician who plays many instruments .

People should know that the traveling Preservation Hall band is WAY different than seeing them live AT Preservation Hall. In NOLA it is more traditional New Orleans Jazz performance, and the road band although might have some of the same members, is more of a modern take with a much higher energy level. Both totally awesome, but quite different. Just my observation as a long time fan that has seen them many times both in NOLA and on the road. The best combo of players I have seen together on stage is Ben, Ronell, and of course Mr, Charlie!!!! The three of them together are pure musical magic.
