la influencia africana està en toda latinoamérica,no es que "la musica afroperuana se parece a la afrocolombiana", sino que la música afrocolombiaba, afroperuana, afrobrasilera, etc se parecen todas porque se inspiran en la cultura africana!

You could try listening to Dengue Dengue Dengue. They mix some electronic music with cumbia 👌🏽 It’s different but really cool

You can try with Miki González, Inka roots, if I'm not mistaking, he was the first to make mix between classic Peruvian music with lounge and electronics... He has some albums mixed with andenean music and afro Peruvian rhythms... Enjoy! :)

You could look into festejo and musica criolla from peru. (Afroperuvian music) This stuff is like electronic fusion with festejo. Susana baca is one of my favorites, and is an absolute legend. especially her album afrodiaspora. Also Lucila Campos, who is one of the OGs of that genre and is kiiillllerrrr

It is a bit difficult to understand this kind of music if you're not peruvian specially the lyrics , base, guitar and the style but personally I think it is a genuine band and a great mix of music at the end of the day everyone have different taste for music. Bravo!!!!!! NOVALIMA!!!!!!
