Magnet is a pretty good tool. The reason Magnet isn't used as widely as other software like TBC, Carlson/ACAD, Earthworks, etc.. Is that TopCon has chosen to gatekeep tutorials behind a paywall. Businesses can't do any research before purchasing the tool, because Topcon wants to make it mandatory that new users pay for their training service. People do not want to pay for a product that they can't learn anything about with ease.

An integrated station, the fact that it is the luxury of the era of engineering works I hope to learn about it. I wish I could buy one I wish to market this engineering equipment in my country

I like Topcon in the field, but I think I'll stick with Bushiness Center for modeling. Almost looks like bad copy of TBC.

Can you create surface files for Topcon equip in TBC?

Of course, Topcon just recently got into model/surface development (at least in my mind), we were importing into Topcon Office3D way before Magnet and TBC were around. I used to use Trimble Terramodel and Autodesk Civil 3D (still use Civil for some things). You simply export then import as DWG into Topcon software and save as .tp3, .tin, .whatever Topcon format. You cannot however export directly into Topcon project file or any Topcon format from Trimble software, but there are an abundance of formats to export to just not direct to Topcon and thats really no problem, just go through DWG or other. On the other hand, I'm not sure about Magnet but in Office 3D you cannot export to anything other than topcon. You can import DWG, but not export DWG, huge bummer. I would hope Magnet can, but doubt it.

Steve just Steve Not trying to be the devil's advocate, but Magnet office site gives you all the options mentioned in your comment above. I my self been curious to explore the TBC.
