It's because of fans and generation gap!!!!! Shinee being second generation almost starred in every variety show, worked with every entertainer and also every girl group back then and till now... They have got the fandom who didn't fuss much or happy with their idols work or ships back then But next generation idols starting from exo they have to talk and take a step very carefully sadly looking out for fans, ships what not?! Suju, shinee, snsd are pros in variety shows but we can also see exo and red velvet shine here and there but their appearances are less!!! PS: popularity may be temporary but class is permanent )
