I just made this last night, i let it cool and added the icing an hour ago, It's AMAZING!! The batter is so soft and almost snow like, i didn't have any sour cream so I didn't put any in and its still moist! I didn't have cream cheese for the icing and its superb! Will definitely make again! It reminds me of the late 1960's with the neon green colour as well. Great recipe!😋💛

Looks yummy absolutely beautiful! I was always taught to cream my sugar and butter until it’s a yellowish off white color and fluffy and my cakes are moist and light and I’ve NEVER had a streak and I bake a lot! I was always told the streaks happen from over mixing once you start adding the flour.

Looks good I will have to try this. Every time I do any baking recipe unless it's a cheesecake I always bring the temperature down 25degrees less than what the directions say but add a little more time to the product
