Price action describes the characteristics of a security’s price movements. This movement is quite often analyzed with respect to price changes in the recent past. In simple terms, price action is a trading technique that allows a trader to read the market and make subjective trading decisions based on the recent and actual price movements, rather than relying solely on technical indicators.
The only people who know where the market is heading are institutions. They are the ones who make the market move and our job as retail traders is to follow their footsteps and get the piece of their movement. As price action traders we need to find the most profitable ways to enter trades. The highest probability setups are 2nd entries, its variations and confirmations setups at the key entry points.

Following the break and new low, there’s a higher low with a great signal bar right at 9:38am that I took for a loser. Any thoughts on why that didn’t work? Luckily I also caught the same lower high you took, so was a wash for the day.

We just created a new low, failed to reach bottom of trend channel, and it got congested before 2ES formed is what made me skip

@@GrizzlyJustShorted at 9:15 in mack’s video yesterday we already made a new low but he marked the 2es as a high probability setup. i would think this 2es in thomas wade video would be a higher setup since were in a confirmed down trend where as the trade yesterday we are taking a 2es after already getting a new low of the confirmed down trend

​@@GrizzlyJustShorted we are still in that confirmed downtrend, so every 2ES is ok to take. However in that case I think it was because there was a smaller trend up without new high and the price reached the bottom of the trend channel down so high probability we go all the way up on the other side. Just my 2 cent
