As I cat owner and lover I can express no condemnation for the treatment of this cat in this video. If the cat were being hurt, it would very quickly let its owner know, by meowing at the very least. If anything, it seems to me that the cat is either enjoying itself or doesn't care, as expressed by the fact that he periodically closes his eyes (alert or irritated cats will usually keep them wide open) and the fact that his ears do not appear to be tense.
