11:12 Human error usually should not be the root cause of any post mortem. I agree with the reasoning, but it has to do with a process or ways of working that caused the human error. In this case, it was the lack of documentation / info on what to do to recover Linkerd. Otherwise, a great talk.

I have both Monzo and Revolut. I think Revolut is a bit more mature and has some unique features. Monzo also is good and fast.
