Your way of getting straight to the point on basic business principles and how to apply them urgently to scale saves a lot of research time.

I always love your videos, for this one the 7/11/4 really stood out. I can get overwhelmed with how much content I am able to produce, and often moving on to new ideas, this system will help me get seen on all platforms and not too many different messages! Thank you!

Great Video Daniel, I especially loved the way it was structured and am excited to work through the actionable steps set out. *Analyse the past exercise. *Dealing with customer objections (& Listening to customer feedback) *Messy middle (7/11/4 eco system) * AI Tools *Productization (scalable products)

The top 1% and 9% have 60% of the budget. That's a WILD learning.

Totally agree. One point that stood out to me is embracing AI to crank up output. So many of my peers are resisting this. But the way I see it, I'd rather ride the wave than risk being left behind! It happened way too many times in my life already 😅

Exactly. AI is perfect for us entrepreneurs who think we need to be in control of every single aspect of our business to the point it's slowing us down. AI can give us greater leverage 🎉

Sundays are becoming transformed with your weekly videos Daniel, thank you and nice work! May I clarify something with step #3 of Customer Segmentation... do you mean for me to know who the top 10% of my customers are who most need/want my product, or who the richest 10% are? I was unclear if you mean by who most wants my product vs who has the most money to spend on my product.
@DanielPriestley5 күн бұрын
You need to know who is most willing to spend on your product.

Awesome video! Loved your AI tip and productisation tip. I use AI in some parts of my business but would like to utilise it further. I've been reading a book about how to create products to sell on my website, in addition to my service offerings.

Most valuable, 7 hours of content. I am an agricultural estate agent in Limpopo province, South Africa. I've made custom videos of over than 400 farms (every farm I listed) and I present in front of the camera. I post "spam" a different video (my 'assets) every day to 25 public FB groups. All my videos are here on KZbin. I've sold high 6-figures properties with $0 on ads paid ads, and from KZbin videos. Somehow, I feel like I am not doing enough. My channel is my name I commented here with. Thank you :)

How to scale a local service, like a cafe? Some businesses are not scalable worldwide correct?

Thanks Daniel! I’m fascinated by the problem//opportunity that AI presents us. To the one a distraction, but the exact opposite is true for those who use it to speed up their creativity!!

who exactly are the 1% and the 9%? eg. There is a CFO who owns a 50k digital transformation annual budget. 50k would be a major project for me. Is he the 1%?
