On Nov. 10, we celebrated 10 years of gifting veterans with vehicles by hosting events in each of our 50 states. More than 100 vehicles were given to veterans, veteran-focused non-profits and small business owners across the country. ​

If you have Progressive, watch your policy. Progressive likes to overcharge people. I changed my address on the phone. The agent told me my policy rates would decrease. They even sent me an email saying it would decrease. Instead they increased it AGAIN. It's the 3rd increase in a yr. Nothing has happened to increase my policy price. I called Progressive again, this agent (Andre) told me it's because there must be a lot of accidents in my new town. That's a lie. This new town has a population of 400 people. We don't have a traffic light or even a police dept. But according to Geico's underwriters, we have more accidents than my old town with 20,000 people does. That's mathematically IMPOSSIBLE. I asked to speak to someone in underwriting. He said, "they won't speak to you". They don't care. Nice. Really Nice. The agent also told me my rates are high b/c my license is suspended. It's not suspended. Andre said, "that's what is showing up in Progressive's computer". I even called the Division of Driver's services b/c I thought there must be a mistake. They told me it's valid. The only mistake is mine for being insured by Progressive. I've been w them for 15 yrs and this how they treat me - they rip me off, lie to me, slander me & then blame everything on me. Disgusting

@@progressive The worst part is that Andre asked me "how long has your license been suspended"? My license isn't suspended. He told that it's showing up in Progressive's system as SUSPENDED. I immediately called the Dept of Driver Services. My license is NOT suspended. So either Andre lied, or your system is wrong. If it's wrong for me, how many other people is it wrong about? How many people's rates have you raised because of this? I'm filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner of my state.
